Intended Audience
Nurses seeking knowledge in the areas of essentials of Nursing Care in Infusion Therapy, the Role of Nursing in Cancer Continuum Care, and Common Challenges/Complications in Intravenous Cannulation.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1. Essentials of Nursing Care in Infusion Therapy
2. Role of Nursing in Cancer Continuum Care
3. Common Challenges/Complications in Intravenous Cannulation

Statement of Need
Create a program on “Safe Infusion Therapy in Nursing Practice” for Nurses to make them well equipped with the desired knowledge which is essential for their daily practice. Educate Nurses leading to enhancement in practice and thus, improved treatment outcomes.

Accreditation Statement

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Dannemiller and Insignia Communications. Dannemiller is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Method of Participation
Participants should first read the objectives and other introductory CME/CE information and then proceed to the educational activity. If a pre- and post-test are required in order to receive credit for this activity, participants must complete the post-test with a passing score of 80% and then complete the evaluation. To receive credit for this activity, complete and submit the evaluation at the end of your activity. Credit is provided through December 31, 2024. No credit will be given after this date.
